Coffee has been a traditional drink for many people and has become extremely popular in the last decade as Starbucks and other coffee shops invade all corners of the globe.
Although coffee is often credited with the staining of teeth and its addictive caffeine, many people neglect the health benefits of this delicious drink.
Statistics show that middle-age women who drink one cup of coffee in the morning are more mentally alert throughout the entire day. Other statistics like this are rampant throughout the internet.
Coffee has also been proven to help prevent cancer and diabetes, as well as a variety of other illnesses that plague the world. Many studies have proven that coffee helps speed up the metabolism and the digestive system… This helps to flush toxic chemicals through the body that may be cancer-causing.
Studies also show that coffee helps prevent heart disease. Although many sources warn coffee drinkers to limit their consumption as to avoid the negative effects of coffee, limiting oneself to a cup a day is a healthy choice.
It’s important to start the day off right; why not do it with a warm cup of coffee as you help fight off disease? Sounds like a smart start to any morning.
